Working with Metadata in Sharepoint
Your SharePoint administrator can configure some libraries to request additional information from you when you try and check in a file. This additional information is known as metadata. If your administrator has set up your libraries in this way you might have seen Word drop down a panel at the top of the document with various fields in it.
Unfortunately MindGenius doesn’t support entry of metadata in this way as of the current release.
Maps can still be checked-in without entering this additional information. You can then visit the SharePoint web interface, view the properties of your map there and enter the metadata manually.
